Why should I purchase goods from SSEVEN?
By purchasing from SSEVEN you are not only representing Asian art in your everyday and becoming a patron to talented artists, but you are also helping to contribute to the wellness of Asian American life. For every purchase made, we donate a part of our profits to the National Asian Pacific Center of Aging (NAPCA) to better the lives of Asian American elders. We are actively looking for other non-profits to support and will evaluate and communicate our commitments on an on-going basis.
What is the mission and story behind SSEVEN?
SSEVEN was founded to showcase and support artists of Asian descent while building community around celebrating Asian artistry and culture. Our name is derived from the ~7% of Asian Americans (at the time of founding!) that make up the US population. How can I get my art sold on your site?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future as we grow.
How fast is shipping?
Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your order to be handcrafted and delivered.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer affordable flat-rate shipping prices within the USA. Our products will ship with a flat rate of $8.45. The flat-rate shipping charge covers FedEx tracked end-to-end service with delivery notifications, re-delivery options, and signature confirmation upon receipt. This shipping fee is calculated at checkout in addition to your product cost. If you purchase more than $75 worth of products, we will waive the shipping fee.
Will I have tracking information and updates on my USA shipment?
Yes, all USA shipments include FedEx tracking. This allows you to follow your order from our production facilities all the way to the final delivery confirmation, including any re-delivery attempts if needed.
Can I make custom requests?
No, we unfortunately cannot take custom requests at this time.
What is your return and refund policy?
As a made-to-order company focused on supporting independent artists, we produce each SSEVEN item only after it is purchased, meaning we do not keep inventory on hand. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. However, we want you to love your SSEVEN purchase! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can determine the best remedy.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if anything arrived damaged or defective. We will evaluate the issue and determine whether a replacement, repair, partial refund, or other solution is most appropriate based on the damage.
Why can't I get a refund if I change my mind or don't like my purchase?
As all SSEVEN products are made custom to your order, we are unable to offer refunds if you simply change your mind. We do our best to provide all relevant details upfront so you can confirm the item aligns to your expectations before purchasing. If there is an issue with the quality or specifics of the product, please reach out so we can try to find a fair solution.

What if I ordered the wrong size, color, or shipped it to the wrong address?
PLEASE make sure to confirm your order before purchasing. Once we go into production it becomes very challenging to reroute or make changes to your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to offer refunds after your order has gone into production, since each item is made custom to order. If you cancel within 30 minutes of ordering, we can fully cancel and refund your purchase. After 30 minutes, a 20% cancellation fee will apply as some production work may have started. We cannot cancel orders that have gone into full production, but please reach out and we will do our best to find an agreeable solution.
